By checking out, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Zoë Georgiou. I encourage you to read them, as this is a small business, so I need to be strict on the policy.


For all returns, please fill out the form enclosed in your order and be sure to include the name you placed the order with. Items must be returned within10 business days of the date you received the item, or 14 business days for international deliveries.

All full priced items and promotion offers are eligible for returns, but I do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Instead, an online credit note will be offered. Sale section items may not be returned or exchanged.

If you require an exchange in size or colour, please follow the procedure for returns. Once your item has been received, you will be issued with a credit note to spend on the exchange. Please note it will be subject to the availability of the item once the return is received and you have your credit note details. I am unable to hold items wanted for exchange as stock changes rapidly.

Zoe Georgiou is not responsible for items you return that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. I suggest using a satchel with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


I encourage you to place preorders. However, as they are often limited editions that are made to order, you need to be certain, as I do not allow for cancellations or refunds prior to shipping.
